No sound

So frustrating. Sound disappears as soon as the iRig Voice microphone gets plugged into the phone or iPod touch. No music, no voice. Whats the deal with Audiobus? Reached out to IK multimedia and no response. May as well sing into a hairbrush. At least there will be music.
