Aside from the HOST of poor quality recording studio "Tools" this app claims to offer, the associated (additional) add-ons users must purchase in order to attain some semblance of a "Working" vocal product is just flat stupid. They DO do a great job of hooking the buyer into believing its a Karaoke product on the outside (in-store) package. ITS NOT. Do NOT spend your money on this piece of garbage and spread the word to your friends: STAY AWAY.

So frustrating. Sound disappears as soon as the iRig Voice microphone gets plugged into the phone or iPod touch. No music, no voice. Whats the deal with Audiobus? Reached out to IK multimedia and no response. May as well sing into a hairbrush. At least there will be music.

I just purchased the iRig microphone and downloaded the EZVoice app to record some song ideas and it works great. If youre a learning musician and want to capture some quick and dirty recordings, this is the app for you. Enjoy!

Every feature of the app is unlocked by in-app purchase. You cant even adjust the volume of the microphone without spending more money. I would expect to be able to use the functionality of the app after purchasing the microphone made by the same company. Apparently that was too high an expectation.

Its a good app... But it wont let u share which is really upsetting. So if I were you i wouldnt get it or at least until they let you share without being fake.

For Christmas, my kids bought me this company’s iRig BlueBoard (foot pedal), iRig Midi Interface and iRig Microphone together with a suite of relevant software (AmpliTube, etc.) Nothing worked. And, perhaps I should explain that for 40 years I was a professor of mathematics and cognitive science at Northwestern, UMass, Purdue, and Indiana Universities - as well as being a software developer and experienced user of computer-based technologies. I’ve now retired and play a harmonica in several local bands (blues, country, rock, bluegrass). I mention this only to make it clear that I’m not an inexperienced user of these kinds of technologies. When I first experienced problems with IK Multimedia’s gadgets and software, I contacted their tech support people, and all they did was to tell me to read their manuals. I did this. And, to prove that I read the manuals thoroughly, I went though one of the manuals and make line-by-line editorial comments pointing out how nearly every sentence was either: (1) unhelpful, (2) completely unclear, (3) incomplete, or (4) completely wrong (in the sense that what was said simply wasn’t accurate). Then, I once again simplified my questions and contacted IK’s tech support people. This time, I did get a few suggestions about possible solutions to my problems. But, once again, virtually every sentence in this message was either: (1) completely unclear, (2) incomplete, or (3) completely wrong (in the sense that what was said simply wasn’t accurate). Also, the tech support person stated that some of the problems that I confronted could only be solved by purchasing more equipment that performed functions that IK Multimedia’s web site claims that their products are intended to do. Next, I tried going to IK Multimedia’s web site to see if there were other ways to get technical support. The contact numbers that were given reported that “the tech support lines were down.” And now, three days later, “the lines are still down." I’ve now seem to have no options except to ask for my money back on these purchases. … If you want to get a quick verification of what I’ve said, try downloading the things that are called “users manuals” for IK Multimedia’s products. The shortcomings will be obvious. These “users manuals” are not really users manuals at all. The simply describe what the products claim to do, but they give almost no information about how you (the user) could actually do any of these things. Also, these “users guides” contain a bunch of nearly identical photographs which contribute almost nothing to the meaningfulness of the text. … In more than 40 years of using a lot of computer-based tools, I’ve never encountered anything this bad in terms of overstated claims, completely useless “users guides”, and dismal tech support.

nothing works as described. each feature brings along subset of complications in interfacing with hardware and variousness devices. they should offer phone support even for a fee. more people would buy add-ons and actually be able to use as purchased. i bought one for meand 2 for gifts for tech savvy older nephews/musicians. too cumbersome and waste if money forus all. a big disappointment and no help to be found

Did not work. Paid for it and it would not connect she I scanned the barcode in the app.

Please make less that you have to pay for, best vocal app on the AppStore. UPDATE ---- No longer working in garageband?! Please fix!!

Totally pointless, you have to purchase every feature available and the only thing it lets you do is record, and you can do that on your iPhone in voice memos.

I dont understand why people are so upset with this app. I dont have to pay to turn up the volume, whats wrong with you. Maybe your so desperate to ,I dont even know, but this app is really nice. This is how I make my covers. You can record over a song you already recorded and you can cut the singers voice out like karaoke for no cost. Nice!! I dont have to pay to jack didly squat.

You could buy some content this app has to offer. Or you could still have free fun with what you have.

This is a TERRIBLE APP! Please dont get it... U literally have to pay for everything there is on it and its horrible! Go get Vio at least its better than this!

Easy to use sounds great recording my daughter just minutes after I registered the product. She played it for her mom and she was amazed!

The app is good...but I hate that u have to purchase for every single little thing.

Well This is to be used with the IRing voice microphone, unable to used, complicaded app and not able to even reach a manual online, registered twice and created a vortex of conflict not able to read how to fix it, not design to be use by it self you also need a hard wire speaker if you want to listen of what you are singing. Definitely not for kids my daughter is very dissapointed.
